Overview

Manage outreach campaigns for the selected client: create, pause, resume, rename, duplicate, split, combine, search, reorder, and archive campaigns. Each row shows live counts for contacts, calls, emails, responses, meetings, and today's email pacing. Eligible internal managers on the Client Command pilot can also snapshot a compatible filtered calling pool without changing its source campaigns.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client and scan the summary

Choose the client in the top-right switcher. The stat band shows Total Contacts, Active Campaigns, Meetings Set, and Conversion Rate across that client's active campaigns. The Active campaigns header also shows quick pills for campaigns that are on, paused, running auto-cadences, and missing an SDR. The Campaign diagnostics card starts collapsed; expand it when you want to review Asked for Info readiness.

  2. Review Asked for Info readiness

Click the collapsed Asked for Info readiness card to expand it. Eligible staff can expand the read-only Campaign diagnostics section. Its summary shows Total AFI, Ready now, Needs campaign, Historical link, Inactive campaign, and Setup blocked contacts. The table lists each attributed campaign's campaign SDR, AFI contacts, enrolled and linked counts, and Ready or Needs attention status. Readiness reasons can include Archived, Paused, or Not currently enrolled, along with missing call script, AFI email, or post-call setup. The board is read only and does not change enrollments or setup.

  3. Read the campaign table

Each row lists the campaign name, SDR, an On toggle, and counts for Contacts, Calls, Emails, Responses, Today, Meetings, and Created date. The Today value reads as sent out of a cap when an explicit daily limit exists, or uses Auto when sender throttles govern the pace. Click a row to open the campaign detail page where you manage sequences, contacts, and copy. The Calls value counts real outbound calls only.

  4. Search and order campaigns

Use the search box in the Active campaigns header to filter by campaign name, SDR, or the person who created it. Eligible internal manager roles can use the grip handles in the unfiltered Active campaigns view to drag active campaigns into a preferred order. The order saves automatically for your user and selected client, and does not change campaign execution.

  5. Create a standard campaign

Click + New Campaign. Give it a name, optionally assign an SDR, and choose whether to enable Post-Call Emails or Auto-Cadence Emails and their email types. Both sequences start disabled by default, so a new campaign cannot send until you turn sending on from the detail page. Click Create Campaign. Every active same-deal Sender mailbox is linked automatically after creation.

  6. Create a filtered calling pool when authorized

Eligible internal managers see Create a filtered calling pool in the New Campaign modal only on the Client Command pilot. Turn it on, select the source campaigns, and optionally limit the pool to Uncontacted, Attempting first contact, or No answer. The preview shows unique callable contacts, duplicate source memberships removed, and each source's eligible count. All selected sources must share compatible calling-script and email-cadence copy. If they do not, choose one shown copy group before continuing. Choose a canonical source for the new pool's copied settings, then click Create Calling Pool. The new campaign receives a snapshotted pool with source provenance; source campaigns, enrollments, and cadence history remain unchanged.

  7. Use other campaign actions

Use the Actions menu to pause, resume, rename, duplicate, split, combine, or archive campaigns when your access allows it. Duplicate copies settings only, not contacts. Archived campaigns can be shown and restored later, while Playbook campaigns cannot be archived.
