Overview

Call History reviews the selected client's inbound and outbound calls with editable dispositions, recordings, transcripts, private feedback for authorized viewers, and a full downloadable history package. Start with a Quick view to focus on a useful subset, then refine the results with the normal filters. Calls load in 100-row pages, while the summary and export cover every matching call.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client and a Quick view

Pick a client in the switcher, then choose Latest calls, Connected calls, Warm leads, Meetings set, or Listen to calls. Quick views update the matching call set and reset the page to the first results. Latest calls is the default.

  2. Choose inbound or outbound

Use Outbound Calls for dials your team placed or Inbound Calls for callbacks to campaign numbers. The outbound tab includes campaign and AI score controls. Inbound calls do not have those fields.

  3. Search and filter

Search by contact, title, associated domain, company, or phone. Add campaign, user, result, or date filters. The Results menu is a grouped multi-select with category checkboxes, individual dispositions, a separate Unqualified bucket, and Show all results. Authorized coaching or strategy staff can also use Has Feedback Notes.

  4. Apply recording and short-call filters

Use Has Recording to review only calls with available recordings. Calls shorter than 30 seconds are excluded by default. Turn on Include Calls Under 30 Seconds to include them. Changing either filter returns you to the first page and updates the count, summary, table, and export.

  5. Review the current page

The table shows up to 100 calls at a time, sorted newest first. Rows include Contact, Title, Result, Recording, Summary, Duration, Date, and supporting metadata. The count identifies calls on the current page and the total matching calls. Use Previous and Next below the table to move through a longer history.

  6. Change a call disposition

Use the inline Result dropdown to correct a call. The save updates the call log and contact status immediately. Choosing Meeting Set also records meeting metadata. A failed save restores the prior value and shows an error toast.

  7. Review recordings and details

Play or download a recording inline. Expand a row for AI analysis, follow-up email, transcript, SDR notes, and additional call details. The recording player loads on demand and supports seeking, speed selection, 10-second skips, and download.

  8. Add private feedback

In expanded detail, clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff can choose Add Feedback, write coaching notes, and Save. Existing notes can be edited. SDRs do not see the feedback card.

  9. Export the filtered history

Click Export All Call History to download every matching call as a streamed ZIP. The package preserves the active quick view, search, filters, and direction, including results beyond the current page. It includes call metadata, consent-backed transcripts, and available recordings. Authorized viewers also receive private feedback notes in the CSV.
