Overview

The Platform Dashboard is the per-client performance home with quick date ranges, KPI tiles, charts, activity, campaigns, pipeline, and meetings. The Meetings Booked, Potential Meetings, and Info Requests KPI tiles open their corresponding working lists.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client and time range

Choose a client in the Client Switcher. Use L7, L14, L30, L60, L90, or a custom From and To range to refresh the range-aware KPIs and trend charts.

  2. Open a KPI drill-down

Meetings Booked opens the Meetings list, Potential Meetings opens the interested-contact list, and Info Requests opens Follow-ups with the Asked for info tab selected. Use those lists to work the underlying contacts rather than relying only on the dashboard count.

  3. Read the KPI band

The eight tiles report Meetings Booked, Potential Meetings, Info Requests, Emails Sent, Open Rate, Calls Made, Contacts Enrolled, and Conversion Rate. Email and calling metrics follow the selected range, while meeting counts and enrollment remain all-time by design.

  4. Review charts and activity

Use the weekly goals and activity trends charts to review performance. The Activity section has its own 7, 30, or 90-day selector, type filters, and Refresh control.

  5. Review campaigns and meetings

Open an Active Campaigns row to visit its campaign. Use Recent and Pending in Meetings to review bookings. Pending includes only future-scheduled meetings; click a meeting row to open its contact.
